How does the free trial work?
Sign up and use everything free for 14 days – no card or payment needed. Before it ends we remind you to pick a plan.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, choose a plan and pay securely with Paystack – by card, bank transfer or USSD in Nigeria, and by card or mobile money in Ghana. Your plan switches on immediately. You can also pay us directly and we’ll switch it on for you.
Does it work in Ghana?
Yes. Choose Ghana when you sign up: prices and orders are in cedis, the order form lists Ghana’s 16 regions, and WhatsApp messages go to Ghanaian numbers (024…, 020…, 055…) correctly.
What happens if I get more orders than my plan allows?
Nothing breaks. Your forms keep taking orders – we never stop your customers. We’ll simply remind you to move up a plan.
What if my plan ends?
Your order forms keep working so you don’t lose sales, and nothing is deleted. You’ll see a reminder in the app until you renew.
Which WhatsApp number sends the messages?
Yours. You link your business WhatsApp by scanning a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. Messages are paced a few seconds apart and only three automatic messages are sent, so it looks natural to customers.
Can I bring my existing orders from Google Sheets?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste your Google Sheet link. Bamsell guesses which column is which, you check, and your past orders, riders and products come in.
Do my staff need their own accounts?
Yes – each person logs in with their own email. Sales staff only see orders, not your money pages.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans are paid month by month (or yearly with 2 months free). If you stop paying, you can still download your data.
Is my data safe?
Each business has its own private account, logins are protected against guessing, and everything is backed up daily. We never sell or share your customers’ details.
