Customers who pay before delivery

For states your riders don’t cover, or customers who prefer to transfer.

In short
  1. Settings → How do your customers pay? → Both (or Before delivery).
  2. Add your bank details – they go in the Confirm order message.
  3. When the alert arrives, open the order → Payment received.

  1. 1Turn it on

    In Settings choose Both or Before delivery under How do your customers pay?, and fill in Bank details for customers who pay first.

  2. 2Choose which states pay first

    On each order form, tick the states under States that must pay before dispatch. You can also switch any single order on its page.

  3. 3What the customer gets

    Their Confirm order message includes your bank details instead of “pay on delivery”. The order waits under To pay.

  4. 4Record the payment

    When the money arrives, open the order and tap Payment received. The order is ready to deliver, and the rider collects nothing – you owe the rider their fee instead, which shows on their statement.
