Create an order form for a product
Each product gets its own form with your packages, prices and which states must pay first.
- Go to More → Order forms → New form.
- Pick the product and add packages, e.g. “3 Packs – ₦16,500”.
- Choose any states that must pay before delivery.
- Save, then copy the link for your ads and WhatsApp status.

1Open Order forms
On your phone tap More → Order forms (on a computer it’s in the menu). Tap New form.

2Basics
Give the form a name, choose the Product it sells (this keeps stock and profit right), and write the heading customers will see.

3Add your packages
Add one line per offer exactly like your sales page: package name, units and price – for example “3 Packs” · 3 · 16,500. Mark one as selected so it’s chosen when the form opens. Badges like “Best value” help customers decide.

4States that must pay first (optional)
If your riders don’t cover some states, tick them here. Customers from those states see your message and your bank details, and their orders wait in To pay until you record the payment. See Customers who pay before delivery.

5After the order
Leave the success page empty to use Bamsell’s thank-you page, or paste your own thank-you page link to track sales in Facebook – see Track sales with Facebook and TikTok.

6Save and share
Save the form. Under Use this form copy the link for ads, your bio and WhatsApp status, or the code for your website.

7A similar product? Duplicate
Open a form and tap Duplicate. You get a copy with the same packages, states and success page – change the product, name and prices, then save. The original keeps working.
